Additional Services:

  • Editing/enhancing existing realtor photos: $1.95 per photo, minimum of 10 photos

  • Return requests to shoot additional photos: $75 

  • Professional marketing/advertising consulting: $125 per hour and provided through our advertising agency – Sowder Group Marketing + Media. Estimates will be provided based on project scope.

Terms & Information:

  • The realtor is responsible for preparing the home to be photographed in advance of the scheduled shoot.

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or postpone a shoot. “No-shows” will be charged $75.

  • Bob Sowder will not alter photos to change a home’s appearance or correct pre-existing deficiencies. In addition, the realtor will not modify the photos in any way, shape or form.

  • Bob Sowder, Sowder Group LLC and its representatives are not liable for any loss or damages incurred by the client, realtor, homeowner or other third party.

  • Client indemnifies the photographer and Sowder Group against any and all claims of false representation of the property based on the photos.

  • Travel fees apply for photo shoots more than 20 miles from our home office. The fee is .50 per mile after the first 20 miles (calculated by Google Maps).
